Luxury Apartments in East Louisville

The Factory Pointe mixed-use development, spearheaded by Kendall Cogan's Vantage Development, will transform nearly 5 acres at Factory Lane and LaGrange Road. Situated just off I-265 and located just one mile from the Kentucky Truck Plant, Factory Pointe will bring much needed housing and hospitality services to an area which has experienced surging growth over the past decade.

The mixed-use project brings 288 hotel rooms across two new hotels on the Factory Pointe site. Both are expected to contain a restaurant, lounge and other amenities.

In addition to the hotels, a luxury apartment development will bring up to 70 new apartment units to East Louisville, totaling more than 200,000 sq. ft. of living space. Cogan says the complex will include many indoor and outdoor amenities, like a heated pool, boutique lounge, coffee bar, fitness space, golf simulator and more. "With the amount of business activity we're seeing in the area, it's clear people want to live here," Cogan said. "We're looking to give them a first-class experience.
