The Factory Pointe mixed-use development, spearheaded by Kendall Cogan's Vantage Development, will transform nearly 5 acres at Factory Lane and LaGrange Road. The mixed-use project brings 288 hotel rooms across two new hotels on the Factory Pointe site. Both are expected to contain a restaurant, lounge and other amenities.
